Q3. What is the 100% steam-baked method, and what difference does it make to the noodles? [ + ]

Traditionally, instant noodles are deep-fried as a quick way to cook the noodles and remove water content at the same time in order to preserve the noodles. The steam-baked process achieves this same purpose by first steaming, then removing the moisture by baking the noodles slowly until it’s fully cooked. This method results in a healthier product that is low in fat.

Q4. What does AARAM Foods use to enhance the flavour of its noodles? [ + ]

Many foods such as Brown Sugar, tomatoes and vegetables are also key sources of natural glutamates, which can enrich the overall taste of the dish. AARAM Foods uses more of these ingredients, herbs and spices to make our noodles tasty.

Q6. When were noodles first created? [ + ]

Noodles have a rich history dating back to the early 3rd century A.D. This tradition first began in China with small hand-pulled pieces of dough thrown into a wok of boiling water. Called mian pian, this kind of noodle is still eaten in China. However, despite largely being known as the pioneers of noodle making, China hasn’t had an easy claim to the crown. The Italians have long argued that they’re the true inventors of the noodle, with the invention of pasta.

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days after dispatch (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
